The Tlenk of Kasas (Fornast 1925) are a technologically competent Minor Non-Human Race with a Non-humanoid appearance.

Description

The Tlenk are a eight-limbed warm-blooded race with strong gender dimorphism. The females are considerably larger than the males, deeply territorial, and notably more prone to violence than the males. The four forward limbs naturally grow formidable claws to support the Tlenk need to burrow. While both genders dig, the females often maintain their claws as natural weaponry. Due to elements of their homeworld that are required for proper health and reproduction, it is rare for females to leave Kasas for very long. The males do have health concerns that require they return to Kasas every few years or so as well, but the males also function as one of the world's most lucrative exports, as they frequently show mechanical aptitude across the entire range of Imperial technology. Tlenk mechanics on two year contracts are an extremely common sight across central Fornast.

The Tlenk maintain a matriarchal and strongly traditional feudal society at home on Kasas.
