Line's End is a low-population world with a population of less than 10,000 sophonts in size.

Description

Line's End has been continually inhabited since the early exploratory years of the Ziru Sirka, but the population has waxed and waned with the general economic fortunes of the region. As of 1105 the population numbers around 5000 and a third of these are scout personnel of the Regional IISS Administration headquarters. The scout base houses not only administrative functions but on of the most modern and advanced hospitals for the almost exclusive use of scouts who have been injured or become ill in the line of duty. There are also extensive vactional and recreational facilities, enjoyed by scouts and their families taking holidays on this pleasant backwater.

History

During the Long Night this world was named Kimmir Aarlaa. Records from the Second Imperium show this world was inhabited by a colony of Chirpers.
