A minor race evolving on Trifuge (Spinward Marches 0723). Current studies show that they have a simple intellect similar to pre-uplift Terran chimpanzees.

Serpentine reptilians with brightly iridescent scales, they move by wriggling on their bellies, occasionally walking upright on their hind limbs when making contact with offworlders.

History & Background (Dossier)

The species has secretly been observing their world's Darrian settlers since the latter's arrival. They use simple local materials to camouflage themselves as they watch and learn.
