History & Background (Dossier)
The Carter Technocracy has a narrow technological edge over most neighbouring systems. Its corporations supply military starships and weapons to many non-aligned Human and Aslan worlds within eight parsecs of Carter.
- Carter is home to the Carter Technocracy Fleet (CTF) and is the construction site for the Nemesis Class Destroyer.
Government
While theoretically a representative democracy, the Carter Technocracy is dominated by a single political faction, the Industrialist Party, which supports a libertarian platform and holds seats on the boards of all important corporations.
Language
The primary language is Enlis, a dialect of Galanglic.
