The Xing!kir-class Light Cruiser is "light" only by K'Kree standards, appears to be a formidable warship at first glance: powerful weapons. This is set against its poor acceleration and jump rating, thin skin and total lack of internal compartments. Hard-hitting but extremely vulnerable. Equipped for jump 2 range and 2 G acceleration and 1 agility. They carry a model 9 fib computer adjacent to the bridge.

For defense, there is light hull armor and excellent nuclear dampers and meson screens. There a flattened sphere configuration, fully streamlined hull structure. It is equipped with fuel scoops and fuel purification for ocean wilderness refueling. For offense, there are four batteries of triple beam laser turrets, forty missile bays with nuclear weapons for destroying carnivores from orbit en masse and a factor T spinal mounted particle accelerator.
