Pijo is a pre-agricultural, pre-high population world with over a hundred million, but not yet at a billion sophonts in population size.
- It is a member of the Solomani Confederation in the Regulus Subsector of Alpha Crucis Sector.
- 30% of the population is composed of Uplifted Apes.
- Its economy and population are growing and living conditions are expected to slowly improve barring outside forces.
Description (Planetology)
Pijo also has a large population of uplifted apes and almost every well-to-do Solomani family on Pijo employs one as a groundskeeper, laborer, or servant. The uplifted apes even have an elite Lifeguard regiment within the Pijo Home Guard.
History & Background (Dossier)
Pijo is still ruled by a monarchy established in the Long Night, even after the rise of the Solomani Movement.
