The Carter Technocracy is an interstellar state composed of 3 systems in the Drinsaar Subsector in the Reaver's Deep Sector.

The Technocracy maintains a small but well trained navy consisting mainly of 4,000-ton, jump-2 frigates sufficient to deter state-sponsored piracy or incursions from neighbouring systems.
The battle fleet of the Carter Technocracy Fleet includes several interesting TL–11 designs. Built on Carter (world), the Nemesis Class Destroyer is used for commerce escort and to deliver a small marine force.
