Right now we are preparing the work and studying the translation reference page ([[1]]). As soon as we have it more assimilated we will begin to work with articles.

One thing you might want to do is to ensure existing users know that pages include/should include translation tags otherwise you may find that they mysteriously get removed or copied as part of a standard cut and paste when new stuff is created.
