Description (Specifications)
Radioactive Grenades are designed to allow Infantry to deliver a Radiation attack of a target. Each grenade will create a cloud of gas or particles about 10m across that lasts from a few seconds (high-gravity, strong wind) upwards (in Vacuum the cloud disperses faster than in an atmosphere due to the effects of atmospheric drag). Note that the radiation cloud is sometimes itself highly visible.
The specific effects depend on the type of Radiation.
Many radiation sources are also highly toxic.
