Maq'appav is a low-population vacuum world, with a population of less than 10,000 sophonts, warranting hazardous environment precautions.
- Life in a vacuum requires great discipline. After all, it only takes one forgotten seal on a vacuum suit to spell death. Those who survive tend to be very methodically-minded and attentive to small detail.
- It is a member of the Amec Trade Protectorate, a cultural region and full member state of the Third Imperium in the Zeda Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector in the Domain of Vland.
- This world has an Imperial Scout base, capable of handling IISS starships and personnel.
- The world's population is entirely Ziadd
Description
This world is a small, self-sufficient Ziadd mining colony. Recent valuable ore finds have promised to transform the importance of Maq'appav. Interests on Zeda (Dagudashaag 0721) are putting up financing for further exploration and development of the starport.
Preliminary agreements have been signed with corporations in Gushemege Sector for the bulk of the ores and Nueva Esperanza (Dagudashaag 0123) as a storage and shipping site.
History
During the Long Night this world was named Nais.
