Sha'anoe was first settled in -1162.
The corporation Delta Research (originally Delta Products Corporation) was founded on Sha'anoe in 437. [2] [3]
World Starport
Sha'anoe has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
- This world currently hosts Delta Yards #4 & #11, both shipbuilding construction yards of Delta Research. [4] [5]

Government
As a full member of the Corellan League, Sha'anoe sends two representatives to the League Assembly, which convenes aboard the Capital Orbital habitat, a station in geosynchronous orbit above Corella.
