Although they have no distinct cultural zone within Imperial space -- unlike many other Minor Human Races -- the Liberts are still politically influential. Not only is their homeworld the sector capital for Diaspora Sector, but the subsector capital for Daibei's Iingar Subsector, Iinen, has a population that is 70% Libert.

The race is noted for its high technology; a necessity of survival on their adopted homeworld. They have always been a high-technology culture, since their placement on Libert.
