History & Background (Dossier)
World Starport (Sp)
Ise has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
As a member of the Syzlin Republic, this world sends representatives to the central government at Syzlin.
World Military
The Syzlin Ranger Fleet is based on Ise and defends the Coreward end of the Home Cluster as well as holding down the scattered worlds to Coreward-Trailing.
Ise has small system defense boat squadrons for local security.
All ground forces, system defense vessels, planetary installations and Jump-capable naval vessels in the Syzlin Republic are under the direct control of the Republican President on Syzlin.
