This important system functions primarily as a shipyard and coordinating nexus for travel; the planet itself has very few inhabitants. A Lithkind corporation maintains the facilities.

Racyze is governed by a Corporate Polity, having a single corporation with a typical corporate structure as a government. Essentially, this is a "company town" (or world).
