Starships are designed with the Classic Traveller format, using High Guard. |
The Vega class Scout is an exploratory starship.
- It is a paramilitary ship and a Scout.
Description (Specifications)
Externally almost identical to a standard Sulieman class Scout/Courier, the Vega is built at Imperial maximum tech capacity, is heavily armored, and is slightly more agile. The primary external indicator is the larger and more advanced Maneuver Drive dischargers at the rear. Few Vegas are built relative to the ubiquitous Sulieman, as they are intended for specific missions or deployments instead of being for general service.

Basic Ship Characteristics
Following the Imperial Navy and IISS Universal Ship Profile and data, additional information is presented in the format shown here. The small craft factor indicates the number of squadrons (of ten craft) carried on the ship. Tonnage on the universal ship profile is shown in kilotons (thousands of tons) where necessary. [1]
