The Zodia Colonies are a collection of ten Aslan Hierate worlds located in Iwahfuah Sector, populated by biological humans who are culturally Aslan. The humans belong to their own clan, Zodia, a vassal to Tralyeaeawi clan. The Zodia Colonies have prospered as part of the Hierate, and have at times proven to be crucially important to their Tralyeaeawi lords.
The Zodian worlds were originally settled by Japanese, Australian, and American emigres from Terra (Solomani Rim 1827) during the Terran Confederation period, long before the Aslan developed Jump Drive technology in -1999. Following the expansion of the Aslan, the Zodian worlds were absorbed into the Hierate. Those humans of Japan proved especially well-suited to Aslan culture, and they quickly rose to become the first huweihwoweiy, (Trokh: "with us in spirit"), and eventually the rulers of Zodia clan itself.
