This collection of worlds stretches across several sectors. The Neworld Sector, Hadji Sector, and subsector P of the Aldebaran Sector. There are no class A shipyards, and no native starship construction. The fleet is headquartered on Stormbringer (Hadji 0401 B8A4310-A), at the only Naval Base in the Winston Democracy. There is a single ScoutRon located at Raver (Aldebaran 3039 D738555-8). The Winston Democracy is held together using surplus Solomani colonial era starships that were used to bring colonists here. The primitive merchant marine fleet uses reliable designs that can operate for years with limited maintenance their ports are capable of providing at the tech levels of their worlds. The Solomani navy has sold a few ships to them in an attempt to sway them to rejoining their sphere of influence. One system defense feature of note are the Guns of Lyon (Aldebaran 3139 C7A0501-B). Buried in icy moons throughout this system are some crude TL–11 meson gun deep sites. They are supplemented by several orbital missile platforms. These systems represent the most advanced system defense in the Winston Democracy.
System Defense Squadrons
There are three system defense squadrons of TL–8 ships are located at Marcelle (Neworld 0138 D355224-8), Mujo (Aldebaran 3239 C210457-9) and Orin (Aldebaran 3140 C79869C-8). Each consists of:
- 10 Fearless Class Fighters
- 2 Knuckle Head Class System Defense Monitors
Fearless Class Fighters are a large, expensive, and primitive fighters. They have a streamlined and heavily armored hull. They offer 5G acceleration, are agile and armed with a pair of missile racks. The two man crew each have their own small stateroom for comfort on long system patrols.

Knuckle Head Class System Defense Monitors carry a section of marines for boarding actions and inspections. They have a large missile bay and heavy plates of armor welded to the reinforce the interior of the buffered asteroid hull.
