This class uses a partially streamlined cylindrical hull and has long range fleet mobility. Inexpensive for its size, it can scoop and refine fuel from gas giants, if need be. It is equipped with minimal crew, and carries four 70 ton shuttles. It is unarmed and has no defenses save its 5 G acceleration and 4 agility. It is equipped with a model 9 fib computer. It has enough fuel for a single jump 5 with 500 tons extra for refueling other small ships. This design serves with the 269th Fleet, among others. The expectation is that it travels with naval escorts when operating beyond imperial borders.
