Exemplary Service Medal

Exemplary Service Medals or Exemplary Service Badges (XS) are a class of awards for distinguished service in the Imperial Armed Services that rank below the Medal for Meritorious Conduct Under Fire (MCUF) in precedence.

Exemplary Service Cluster (example)

Exemplary Service Badges are normally worn as small badges on the Exemplary Service Cluster and are often accompanied by the badges and ribbons for other medals and awards on the cluster on non-formal uniforms. Each Exemplary Service Badge commemorates a specific battle, campaign, assignment, or other citation for distinctive service, or otherwise accompanies an award for outstanding performance on a particular occasion.
