Windfleet is a high-population, industrial world with a billion or more sophonts in population size.
- As an industrial world, this planet has well-developed manufacturing and processing industries. Manufactured goods are a major export item.
- Its economy is rapidly growing and living conditions are expected to rapidly improve barring outside forces.
- It is a member of the Plavian League in the Windfleet Subsector of Gateway Sector.
Description[edit]
The system is owned by the Plavian League.
The Hochiken People's Assembly has designs on this world and the surrounding cluster, which is known as the Heptad. The worlds of the HPA are poor in natural resources and minerals, especially heavy elements. Control of the Heptad, and especially metal-rich Windfleet, would solve many of the HPA's resource problems.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The Windfleet Concourse was a nation that united the seven systems of the Windfleet Cluster, AKA the Heptad. It was absorbed into the Plavian League.
Military[edit]
Heavy orbital and ground-based defenses include aerospace interceptors, heavy missile emplacements and orbital forts. These are not intended to defeat an attacker, but to free battle units to maneuver without being too closely tied to planetary defense. The assumed attacking force is HPA raiders.
