Terms of Incorporation

A complex written constitution that forms the legal foundation of the Rimward Federation. A second document, the Amendments to the Terms, contains various corrections, clarifications, agreements and annulments. The Terms of Incorporation clearly frames the powers of the state, the powers of individual worlds, and areas where there is mutual responsibility. An Amendment of 5390AD recognises and ratifies the Rissa Accords. The Terms of Incorporation are written in Meranto.
