Description / Specifications

The Rissa Accords are very extensive and form a framework for interstellar law. Various interstellar states and many individual worlds have ratified the Accords, which clearly define the understandings, responsibilities and restrictions considered to be in force beyond the jurisdiction of either a planetary government or an interstellar state.

History & Background / Dossier

The Rissa Accords also define the way individuals should be treated during times of war, what is considered to be criminal military behaviour, and the punishments that transgressors can expect.

The Unity of Sed and the Sath Alliance refuse to sign the Accords.
