Tequila is a nonindustrial hellworld with a population struggling to survive in an inhospitable environment.

  • Hellworlds often offer daily, and sometimes even hourly, life-threatening situations to their inhabitants. Survivors often develop intense survival skills and tend to be grim realists.
  • It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society.
  • It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Shenk Subsector of Old Expanses Sector in the Domain of Sol.

Mainworld Topography and Geography[edit]

Small, dry and hot, Tequila is largely desert and badlands. Only the areas around the "seas" (most of them actually large lakes) are capable of sustaining Human life.

The planet's crust is extremely active, and the chain of active volcanoes that form the core of The Barrier Range are in an almost continuous state of eruption. The discharge of gases and particles into the atmosphere is responsible for its tainted listing.

  • Arctic Sea (northern polar)
  • Arteman's Sea (northern tropics)
  • Barrier Range (northern temperate-southern subtropics)
  • Johnson's Sea (northern tropics)
  • Sea of Life (equatorial)
  • Sea of Tears (southern tropics)
