The Democratic Government in Exile of Rabwhar maintains an asteroid base in the Shirene system from which it preys on shipping throughout the Lunion Subsector, focusing on assaulting vessels bound for Rabwhar. Within a few years, it is almost certain that the raider faction among the DGER organization will eventually win out and abandon any pretense to legitimacy regarding governmental authority regarding Rabwhar.
