Padori

A common language of the Distant Fringe.

Description

The main language of Pador (2325 Far Home); it is the primary spoken language within the Pador-Aredian cluster and is broadly spoken on many worlds within the rimward half of Far Home Sector.

History & Background

Padori is descended from Fleet Anglic, spoken during the Second Confederation, and has a huge vocabulary of local words and phrases. It contains many elements of Terran oriental and south Asian languages – Padori speakers can understand many words and phrases of both Coran and Orometi.
