This is an Unabsorbed World (equivalent to Amber Zone); claimed and governed by the Zhodani Consulate but not absorbed into the mainstream of Zhodani culture.

Embarrassingly for the subsector government, the mining, transportation and naval base Prole workers of Kievritl are often in violent opposition to one another. Street gangs allied with these factions cause constant turmoil. The Tavrchedl' and Nobility have introduced strict, oppressive laws to keep everyone in line.

World Starport (St)

Kievritl has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which features amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing maintenance and other kinds of repair.
