This world has been settled by ihatei Aslan, moving to spinward along the edge of the Great Rift in search of new territories.

• Settlement within the region has been sporadic, largely occurring between the year 1000 and the 1060s.
• Almost all of the settled worlds are independent and non-aligned, and through necessity are largely self-sufficient.
• Prior to settlement, Khtioi was a barren world.
