Mainworld Size (S)

Sisi is a Meso World between 12,000km and 13,500km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.8G and 1.1G. The horizon will appear about 5.1km away. Vessels with 1G of thrust should check with local starport authorities before attempting to land using emergency power.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Sisi has a pressure of 2.5 or greater atmospheres. A Dense & High Pressure Atmosphere typically requires no survival gear under many conditions. Pressure at or below sea level is too great to support life but the atmosphere may be breathable at higher altitudes. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

• The superdense atmosphere of the world is a pressure cooker that reaches densities of 200 to 300 atmospheres in the lower canyons and gulfs.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Sisi has 25-35% of its surface covered by liquid water. It has a few small seas. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants will be recycled.

History & Background (Dossier)

The world is owned by the Erarzong Corporation, a locally owned company that makes its money off of mining and industrial operations in the world's depths. The entire population lives on the world's single moon, Roughzez, and never actually alights to the surface itself. Instead remotely operated probes and vehicles are parachuted from orbit into active exploration zones, and are operated by controllers on Roughzez or orbiting vessels. Collected mine and factory products are carried on conveyors to mass drivers or huge elevators for pickup by special shuttles.

World Starport

Sisi has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

New Era

Subsequently renamed Erarzong, Sisi has a long history of friendly relations with the Third Imperium. The company feels fortunate that it was annexed into the Regency, and the world is highly accessible to Regency naval and quarantine personnel. The local population does not tolerate the presence of the Vargr Pack, and it is one of the few Frontier systems without a significant Pack presence.
