The newest and most precarious of Diaspora's polities, the Duwamish League sits astride the Duwamish Belt, the main jump-1 route to trailing from the Hjiri subsector.

- The fact that airless Alki (Diaspora 1136) is the site of a forward deployed naval mini-depot, abandoned by Lucan's forces at the end of the Black War.
