Dumkashga is an agricultural and garden world with an ideal environment for producing food from plants, animals, or other lifeforms. The system hosts a population between 10 million and 100 million. This world is designated an Amber Zone. Caution is advised since the world has an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that are not well understood and might be a danger to a visitor. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Yogesh Subsector of Empty Quarter Sector and in the Domain of Antares. Dumkashga, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight (the Imperial representative to the world) and the fiefdom of a baron. Both are members of the Imperial Landed Nobility who oversee affairs regarding the world at an Interstellar and Imperial level.

History and Background

This world is a well-kept secret for the Vilani. Quiet, out of the way, highly traditional and stable, it is close to a pastoral Vilani paradise, with the skies lit not by the distant primary, but by a ringed protostar. The system bears the honor of one of the Glorious Twelve, the systems that stood against the Vargr Pillaging of centuries ago. The inhabitants still dislike the Vargr somewhat, excepting the Ovaghoun Vargr (who are respected for following Vilani culture). Despite the agricultural bent of the planet, the world is fully capable of building her own starships without outside assistance, and it is quite possible to live very well here at TL A - so long as you conform to the culture.

World Starport

Dumkashga has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
