Resistance Group on Khouth from 1118 to 1139

Formed in 1118, the Ida sought to oppose the invasion by non-violent means - and its methods were sufficiently effective that it became the central Human (mostly Vilani) opposition to the Vargr government. In 1126 it had made most of the the planet's orbitals impossible for the Federate to govern because of the non-cooperation of the inhabitants. It had almost suppressed the more militant groups.
From 1126, Ida was proscribed by the Dzarrgh Federate and its leaders were actively pursued by them. The proscription should have been accompanied by the arrest of its members, but the group was tipped off and most of its leaders vanished.
The violent and indiscriminate manner in which the Federate Police sought to capture the members drove the group into taking the brakes off the militants within its ranks and an insurrection resulted. This was brutally suppressed, but tied up many of the Dzarrgh Federate's sparse forces.
