Agghelu is a low-population world with a population of less than 10,000 sophonts in size.
- This world has yet to take off economically or otherwise and the population remains low for reasons largely unknown.
- It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by Vargr sophonts located in the Riadr Subsector of Knoellighz Sector.
Description / Astrography & Planetology[edit]
Agghelu (Knoellighz 0601) E424200-7 Lo is a failing attempt at a Vargr outpost in Riadr subsector whose only positive asset is its proximity to the garden world of Inafrsti (Knoellighz 0501). When Vargr interests shifted toward Llizan (Knoellighz 0605) and its potential, Agghelu was discarded by corporate interests. The 500 Vargr present on the mainworld manage to keep the landing beacon and grass-covered fields manicured and visible to the occasional starship landing. The E-rated Downport is little more than a sleepy crossroads. The majority of starships that visit Agghelu are Zhodani scouts utilizing the Gas Giants for wilderness refueling and only land at the mainworld out of curiosity.
Agghelu system features four Gas Giants, three planetoid belts and eight other worlds that should have been fully surveyed before earmarked funds were redirected by nearby entities. The yellow-white, F1 V star and its red, M0 V sub-giant stars provide a plethora of light to the planets of the system. Belter operations, sporadic as they are report excellent lighting conditions as they pick their way through the belts for valuable ores.

Mainworld Data[edit]
With such a low population of Gvegh Vargr, the few packs and families scattered about the miniscule Startown and Downport, there is a marked lack of both desire or need for Government. Locals report that legacy governments and lawful behavior rest in the heart of individuals rather than codified by laws in books. Conflicts seem to resolve through non-lethal Infighting rather than deadly force.

World Starport[edit]
Agghelu has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.
World Technology Level[edit]
Agghelu possesses a Technology Level of TL–7.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Early video and early satellite communication networks.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Early fuel cells, solar energy, and geothermal power sources.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land: Improved automobiles, hovercraft, and bullet trains.
- Water: Hydrofoils and early triphibians.
- Air: Hang gliders and supersonic jets.
- Space: Deep space probes and interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
World Government[edit]
Agghelu has no central government for the world, an Anarchy. The largest governmental structure would be a family, tribe, or single clan. The largest group will be between 50 and 100 individuals, and there may be dozens to hundreds of them. This governmental structure can be stable over long periods of time if the population remains small or geographically separated.
