Alsas Navy

Background

Charged with the defense of the Federation of Alsas, the federation battle fleet has several interesting classes of warships all built locally at TL–12. They have 1,200 battalions of fleet marines and a wide variety of warships. The naval shipyards at Afellahlah (world) (A6659C9-C) in the Alsas Subsector of the Far Frontiers Sector.

It carries the heaviest spinal mounted particle accelerator available coupled with the best armor. It is fast but not agile. It carries a reinforced Federation marine platoon.

(5,520) Cyclone Class Light Fighter

It is capable of 5G's acceleration, and has a massive fusion power plant for its size. In an effort to score hits with the three missile launchers, a large model 4 computer and bridge were fitted. With all power going to the computer there is no agility.

(240) Hammerhead Class Close Support Fighter

With 6G speed and agility, maximum armor on the streamlined conical hull this fighter is largely immune to ground fire. It is not, however a dog fighter, the model 2 computer can not keep pace with those demands. Ground troops love it, and wish there were more available.
