Vegan Polity

The Vegan Polity was an interstellar government of Vegans, based in the Solomani Rim Sector.

The Polity prospered in the Rule of Man and survived the Long Night largely intact following an isolationist policy. During the First Imperium the Polity was subjected to intense diplomatic and economic pressure, and was intimidated into accepting the rule of the Second Imperium in 586.

The Polity was subsequently broken into individual planetary states by the Second Imperium, which allowed no threats to its sovereignty.

The Vegan Polity, a government dominated by the Rule of Man or Second Imperium, was succeeded by the Vegan Autonomous District, dominated by the Third Imperium.
