This is a infobox template for starships, space ships, and other space capable vehicle designs.

This template also stored data in the Cargo tables. This means the format of the elements is more specific and or picky. The parameters to the template are parsed and inserted into tables in the database for query through Cargo.

Parameter Formatting

Each parameter has an expected format of the entry as shown in the "Formatting" column. The values there have the following meanings:

• Text - any text. Since this is for the Infobox, try to be really brief (6 words or less)
  • Text - No formatting. Avoid using any wiki formatting in the field as the infobox applies formatting
  • Page - No Formatting or brackets. Use the full name of the page as the field, but the template will apply the brackets to create links.
  • Page - Include brackets. This is expected to be a link to a page. Or two.
• raw number - A simple number like 11 or 42.7. Do not include any other text for the parameter.
• Yes or No - A Boolean field. Enter only "Yes" or "No".

Default Value

Some parameters have a default value. If you omit the parameter or leave it blank the paramter is automatically set to the default value.

• Required - The parameter is a required value, you must supply a value.
• Empty - The default value is nothing.
• 0 - The default value is 0, only for the numeric fields.
• "No" - the default Boolean value.
