Built at the Strend (TR 0505) (world) in the Trojan Reach Sector. This long range jump 5, combat scout represents the only dedicated message delivery and scouting assets the Strend Navy has. As a result destroyers which are more numerous are pressed into roles which don't suit them. Coordination between squadrons is often poor as a result. When attacking the navy tends to mass and arrive together. This makes them predicatable and easier to avoid.
