A Sword Worlds-aligned system in the Sword Worlds subsector, Gungnir has been described as "the Sword Worlds in microcosm." Gungnir is a fractious world populated by fiercely proud and independent cattle ranchers and grain farmers. The many feudal nobles of Gungnir skirmish among themselves and occasionally produce a would-be king.
