Orometi

The main spoken language of the Protectorate, the language the Empire and a common language throughout the coreward-spinward quadrant of Far Home Sector. It is derived from Bengali, Urdu and other south asian languages widely spoken within the First Confederation. It has a large number of Old High Anglic inclusions and local words and phrases. Orometi speakers can unerstand many words and phrases of Padori. Its name comes from Oromet (2710 Far Home), which has the highest number of native speakers.
