Kite Class Escorts are an imperial fleet vessel found in the 107th Fleet where they serve. They are partially streamlined cylinders for gas giant refueling if need be, with scoops and refineries. The hull has extremely dense armor plating, a heavy nuclear damper and heavy meson screens. This escort features a massive fusion power plant, for their size, to allow it to power a model 9 fib computer, and 28 triple beam laser turrets organized into five batteries. They also carry a marine platoon for security and boarding actions. They have a 50 ton Cutter, to support marine operations.
