Description (Specifications)

Technology Incubators exist in a wide variety of formats, some as official institutions of the government and others with much less sanction.

• Most successful technology incubators are recognized as Educational Institutes and the most successful receive Imperial Sanction.
• A few even become transformed into Imperial Research Stations.

History & Background (Dossier)

The earliest incubators were the laboratories of ingenious mad men. As sophont societies and polities better internalize the immense advantages of technological superiority, greater and greater resources are dedicated to the researchers and scientists pushing out the borders of technological knowledge.
