Description (Specifications)[edit]
QREBS is used for describing two things: first, the characteristics of a device, similar to the characteristics of a player character; second, the production characteristics of a factory producing those devices.
In the latter case, factories have QREBS settings, and therefore, the devices they produce will have those characteristics.
