The number 118 has not been assigned to any of the Imperial Navy fleets. There are no ships or personnel assigned to the 118th Imperial Fleet, and no location for it to protect.
There is a plan in place to rename the 128th Fleet, currently stationed in Eta-Gu Subsector (Delphi M) to the 118th, but this is still awaiting the Emperor's approval.
