A common language within the Distant Fringe.

Description / Specifications[edit]

The language of the High Senate and the Nist cluster and the language of the Scybrian Polyarchy.

History & Background / Dossier[edit]

Teramil is derived from the Fleet Anglic spoken by the Last Armada and the Second Confederation, and drew particularly from their military parlance. It includes acronyms, slang, words, phrases, and jargon whose etymology can be traced back to the armed forces. Teramil is a rather guttural tongue containing many long and difficult-to-pronounce compound words.
