A Fleet Admiral, Arthur Arkan is the man who failed to stop the Rape of Trin
in 1139 he was Fleet Admiral of 193rd Fleet and fought (and lost) the Battle of Furens.
After the battle, he resigned his Commission and retired to Arkan's Shame (Deneb 1606). He was still alive in 1202, but quite mad.
