Dakaar class freighters are based upon a design first developed by [[Starstream Enterprises]] on {{WorldS|Caledon|Reaver's Deep|1815}}. They are a popular merchant vessel for long-range exploratory trade in the Reavers' Deep. The starships have excellent range and sufficient cargo capacity for profitable operations among the various independent worlds of the Deep.
