The Boötean League is an interstellar alliance formed in the Near Boötes Cluster and centered on the capital world of Vantage. The Boötean League was formed in -400 in response to pressure from the Old Earth Union. Although nominally part of the Solomani Confederation, the League maintains itself as a distinct bloc within Confederation politics.
Major worlds in the Boötean League include Sequoyah (world), Polyphemus (world), Saxe (SR 1437) (world), Vantage (world), Baraka (world), and Hamilcar (world).
