Mahonri has a trace atmosphere and water available in the form of ice. The system has a population between 10,000 and 10 million, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. This world is designated an Amber Zone with an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that make it dangerous to visitors. This is a high technology world with available technology over the standards for Charted Space.  This world has a research station engaged in the scientific pursuit of knowledge. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Khandi Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Mahonri, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Landed Nobility who acts as an Imperial representative to the world. This world has a nearby Imperial Naval Base, capable of handling warships. During the Long Night this world was named Kapuudduuda.

History and background

Point of Interest: Mahonri Naval Experiments & Testing Center

Mahonri houses the Imperial Navy's Dagudashaag experimental system and test establishment. The exact nature of the navy's work here is shrouded in secrecy. The Navy keeps it that way by imposing a system wide Amber Zone classification, and a Red Zone within one A.U. of the main world. All non-naval traffic must use the small spaceport in orbit around the system's gas giant.
