History & Background
As of 1105, Llizan is being surveyed and initially settled. Funded by a cooperation between the Dhourraz Cornucopia and Cornered Industries Trade Consortium, Llizan is swarmed with a small flotilla of corporate vessels engaged in landing operations of Downport 'modules'. In fact, the local mainworld Downport is barely designated as the Llizan Modular Downs and is barely online by the end of 1105 thanks to the aid of hired, surveyor Travellers in the subsector at the time.
World Starport
Funded, delivered in sections, the A-rated Downport named Llizan Modular Downs, the local administration is modeled as a subdivision of a dual-corporation co-op facility and struggles through 1105 to a grand opening and online status for more incoming assets.
World Technology Level
Not fully colonized and settled to be properly rated, Llizan still features TL 8 at the site of the modular Downport being constructed. Shuttles land, unload and lift to orbiting, unstreamlined starships throughout 1105 as the port comes online. Corporate pilots must often wait for open landing space to be available and in proximity to the construction site to deliver personnel, supplies, construction gear and other needs. Landings can be natural or minimally prepared areas safe enough to touch down a shuttle for disembarkation.
World Government
Technically, Llizan at 1105 has no true Government, but colonists work frantically under a Corporate structure to erect the local Downport. Security is sparse, indicating a Law Level of 1.
