History & Background (Dossier)
Zungosgzalloeksuz (Knoellighz 0833) A436879-9 Ph is still growing its populace as of 1105. It is a military world of Piprninsh Subsector specializing in training Infinity League recruits for various branches of the polity’s military Careers, including Emissary and Law Enforcement. The world’s recruits hail from rural localities and other worlds of the empire. The Balkanized Government is split along each branch of service Careers, e.g. Army, Navy, Marines, Law Enforcement, Diplomatic Emissaries, etc. The planet’s surface is cordoned off for on-site training while the trainees and staff reside in contra-gravity cities catering to each branch of service. It is a point of Charisma and patriotism that competitive clashes between the branches of service lead to minor scuffles. However the strict military law of the world keeps weaponry under lock and key unless on maneuvers, graduation proceedings or shipping out for missions aboard Navy vessels.
Three-hundred million military serviceVargr live and train on this mainworld. A Charismatic clout follows graduates from Zungogzalloeksuz due to the prestige of this world’s strict lifestyle and hardships of training. Those Vargr earning medals and service awards only stack further prestige upon their graduation from this system-wide training ground.
The A-rated Highport is controlled by the Navy and features shipyards that can readily construct the basic hull for higher-tech space- and starships. Repairs and other services are efficient as the staff is patriotic. Propaganda of encouragement feature prominently throughout the Highport. Adjacent to the Highport is the Naval Base proper sporting training grounds for Naval support teams, starship crews undergoing simulations and live-fire exercises in-system.
The three Gas Giants in Zungosgzalloeksuz are in constant use by Navy, naval support, traders and liners full of recruits from across the Infinity League. By contract and license, prospecting the two planetoid belts for resources must be sold, at non-negotiable and regulated market value, to the system Governments. Unlicensed prospecting anywhere in-system is subject to arrest, confiscation of vessel and assets and may mean a draft into military service at the most degrading branches and ranks.
