Editing Alissa Jalandri

[[Alissa Jalandri]] is the current duchess of [[Bolivar Subsector]] of {{da}}. The duchess has a reputation as a weak-willed socialite who is interested only in finding a 'suitable' husband and in attending the parties held at court. 

Duchess Alissa has spent the last three years away from her own office, two at {{WorldS|Capital|Core|xxxx}}, and the last year attending the sector duchess. In her absence her brother Alex has acted as proxy dealing with the local affairs of the subsector.
